Always aiming at the demand, development and research on cement technology, the Gansu Boshi Cement Technology Engineering Corporation innovated a series of applicable low-investment technology, which renown themselves high reputation among the cement trades. The new cement manufacturing technology of low investment, energy saving and environmental protection (LEE) becomes one of techniques that are recommended to the developed countries by State Board of trade and productivity promoting office of national manufacture of building materials industry. The project, ‘upgrade technology of low-investment vertical kiln’ (i.e. Nenjiang project) has been a demonstration project among the trade, moreover, the technologies such as ‘High performance cement pulverizing’, ‘technique optimization’, ‘low-invested cement manufacturing technology’, ‘high quality and high output’, ‘centralized dust collection’ ‘comprehensive energy saving in cement trade’ and ‘low-invested raw material homogenizing’ all have been applied to the projects of technological transformation taken in more than 200 cement enterprises at home.
An Energy-saving and environment-friendly new technology of cement production with low investment
Cement demand in developing countries is increasing progressively year by year. Considering the investment on capital construction and present situation of cement producing technology, we suggest that, the ripe new technology which is economical, energy-saving and environment-friendly of cement production –LEE, should have priority in developing countries.
LEE is the technique crystallization of Chinese cement worker for thirty years. It improves the traditional small and median sized cement producing technology greatly.
Compared with the traditional small and median sized cement production technology, there is a leap on properties of LEE cement and their relationship with the environment.
Developing countries can use the experience of China for reference and import ripe technique from China to establish their own cement plants. The new technology of LEE aims at producing high quality cement cleanly and developing continuously, while saving the investment and energy and protecting the environment. The plant with this technology can be managed automatically, with innocuous emission and reclaiming and comprehensive utilization of resources.
LEE is an optimum technique for developing countries.
